Still have not received a letter of resignation from Lindelwa. So, she is officially fired from Transcape, as she has not performed to her action plan and hasn't officially resigned.
The forum meeting last month was disappointing. Mdumbi showed up on time, Philisa came 45 minutes late and Mngcibe came an hour and a half late and found the meeting finished already. Siyakhula didn't show up at all.
The three groups said they are working just fine w/o Lindelwa.
Gracie will be on leave from Jan 12th-Feb 16th. When she gets back, she will do a workshop w/ Philisa on the report forms at their request.

Tafini support group is all finished building their support group office and will be meeting in it as of next week.
Siyavuya is at roof level of their building.
The new support group is getting their letter from the chief for their land for their building.
5 groups will be getting water tanks and fences in this new year.
Pumlani received five food parcels (boxes) from a group in Germany, as well as clothes and toys for OVCs.
